ARKNA PTY LTD · ABN 46 692 660 165 · Sydney, NSW, Australia · last updated 2 May 2026
Arkna provides technical evidence infrastructure for AI agent activity. This is a single, company-wide policy. It covers three surfaces, and what we collect differs by surface: the marketing site at arkna.ai, the product at app.arkna.ai, and the verification tool at verify.arkna.ai. It is written to align with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs); where this policy and the APPs differ, the APPs prevail.
1 · What we collect, by surface
arkna.ai, this marketing site. Contact details you give us when you request a review or correspond with us (name, work email, company, role), and basic aggregate site analytics.
app.arkna.ai, the product. Account details, product telemetry necessary to operate the service, and the agent-run records you choose to capture. Those records are redacted of personal information by default; capturing PII is the exception you configure, not our default.
verify.arkna.ai, the verification tool. The tool is designed to read and hash the record file in your browser without uploading its contents to Arkna. As with any website, the content delivery network that serves the page records standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, the file requested). The tool has its own terms and privacy at verify.arkna.ai/legal.
2 · Your data, your control
You can export or delete your records at any time. Only de-identified aggregates are ever shared, and only where you opt in. Access, retention and export are scoped to the workflow under review.
3 · Where it's hosted
Hosting and data-residency details are provided during security review. The deployment model is scoped to your security and data requirements; customer-managed and isolated deployment can be assessed as part of enterprise scoping.
4 · How we use it
To provide and secure the service, respond to your enquiries, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5 · Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and may complain about how we handle it. Contact info@arkna.ai. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
6 · Changes
We'll post material changes here and update the date above. Where a change is material, we notify current customers by email.
These terms govern use of the Arkna website and, where a separate order or master agreement does not apply, the Arkna service. Where a signed agreement exists, it prevails over these terms.
1 · What Arkna is, and is not
Arkna produces a technical evidence record of AI agent activity. Arkna does not provide legal, regulatory, or compliance advice, and does not certify compliance with any framework. Frameworks referenced across this site (EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, APRA CPS 230/234, TGA) are standards Arkna maps evidence to, not certifications Arkna holds.
2 · Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with your agreement. Don't attempt to compromise the integrity of records, the hash chain, or other customers' data.
3 · Your data & ownership
You retain ownership of the records you capture. You grant Arkna the limited rights needed to operate the service for you. Deletion and export are described in the Privacy Policy.
4 · Availability & warranties
The service is provided "as is" except as set out in a signed agreement. Warranty, service-level and support terms are governed by your master agreement where one is in place.
5 · Liability
Liability and indemnity are governed by your master agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
